Following recent private equity investment, we’re looking to expand our hugely successful Sales Team to ensure we provide the most amazing customer experience for the high volume of customers who visit our showroom every day.

Who we’re looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will love working in a fast paced and competitive sales environment and have the drive to meet sales targets. To be considered for the role, you must have:

• Proven experience working in a sales role.
• Possess a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities:

• As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling prestige used vehicles. Working with Multiple Brands from BMW to Mercedes-Benz, you will be expected to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• In addition to selling the best priced vehicles in the UK, you will also be responsible for upselling multiple, market leading, protection products, to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer and the business.

Desirable skills:

• Experience working within the automotive sector
• Proven track record of upselling
• Comfortable handling customer objections
• Strong ‘Closing’ ability

• Professional attitude & appearance
• Ability to follow a proven Sales Process
• Strong attention to detail
• Multi-tasking mind-set
• Capable of thinking long-term
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with a high level of English proficiency
• A natural influencer – capable of working with others to achieve change
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
