Sales Ledger Clerk
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a fantastic Publishing company based in Kent who are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their finance team. This position will be working with an additional member reporting to the Finance Manager.
Duties:
- Raising sales invoices
- Cash allocations
- Liaising with customers
- Addressing any issues that arise and resolve in a timely manner.
- Input data/invoices onto the system
- Creating new customer accounts
- Resolving all queries in relation to invoices to ensure that there is no aged debt greater than 3 months
- Ensuring that all Sales Ledger transactions are processed accurately
- Additional ad-hoc duties include supporting the additional team member with workload
Requirements/Desirable:
- Double entry knowledge
- System integration experience
- AAT studier
- Experience in a finance position
Salary and additional information
- 25,000 - 28,000
- Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
- Social working environment
