Are you an experienced sales leader looking for a new challenge? Do you know how to motivate, incentivise and get the very best out of a sales team? Do you have experience in retail, wholesale, international trade, or a similar industry?

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who can set sales goals, develop strategies, train, recruit, and manage a high-performing sales team.

You will be required to:

• Establish sales targets and performance objectives in alignment with overall company goals.
• Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team.
• Providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure team success.
• Developing and implementing sales plans and forecasts.
• Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Tracking sales team performance against targets.
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients.
• Resolving customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conducting training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
• Keeping the team updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
