Form of workOur client, a well-established independent Estate Agency is looking for a Sales Manager to join their expanding team in Birmingham.
As a Sales Manager you will be a vital part of the Sales team, driving business forward and helping the team strive for KPIs.
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Manager:
- Up to £30,000 basic
- £45,000 OTE
- Parking at office
- Career progression
Working hours of a Sales Manager:
- Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm
- 1 in 2 Saturdays 9.30am – 4.30pm
Ideally, to be considered for the Sales Manager role, you must have the following:
- At least 2 Years’ experience in Property Sales
- Full UK driver’s license
- Highly organized
- Proactive and outgoing
- Driven and hungry for success
Key tasks of a Sales Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Marketing and promoting properties for sale
- Monitoring sales as they proceed and assisting where necessary with the after sales department
- Keeping up to date with market trends in the local residential property market
- Going out and winning new instructions
- Carrying out market valuations
- Assisting with the management of the team
