- Lead and inspire the Parts Sales Executive Team to exceed sales targets.
- Equitably distribute sales targets based on customer assignments and team members' skills.
- Plan and execute promotions to meet sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews for KPI monitoring and support.
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs, taking corrective action as needed.
- Motivate the sales team through creative incentive schemes and rewards.
- Showcase a proven track record of Sales Team management experience in a B2B environment.
- Possess a high degree of IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office skills.
- Exhibit confident and effective communication skills, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service experiences.
- Offer exceptional customer service skills as a consistent capability.
- Display enthusiasm or interest in the automotive industry and providing great customer service.
