Salary: OTE £60k+ Uncapped

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A widely respected professional Estate & Lettings Agency and “high-end” property specialist is seeking an experienced high calibre Sales Manager / Sales Partnerto run their prestigious prime Lettings department covering the Guildford area.

Specifically, a candidate who has the capacity to drive the business forward and grow and develop an already busy area.

The ideal candidate for this position will already be at senior management level.

Specifically, a candidate with an exceptionally detailed knowledge of Sales processes and exceptional managerial skills as well.

You will be managing the Sales side of the business and be responsible for ensuring the growth and development of the local area.

You will need to be an influential leader with an ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels and have an innate sense of positivity and drive.

You will be a skilled business winner, a mentor and a motivator. If you live in the local area, that would be a bonus!

The perfect candidate will be one who believes in themselves and their abilities, has dealt extensively with high-end / prime properties, and who has a goal of running their own business

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Manager / Sales Partner (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Significant experience in Residential Sales
• Experience in the prime property sector
• Held a Senior Managerial level position within the industry
• Extensive business development background in Residential Sales
• Written and implemented exciting sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent track record of success
• Strong Leader
• Full Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Residential Sales
• A great instruction winner and business developer
