Location - Remote or ideally High Wycombe
Salary/Package - 35,000k - 55,000k (dependent on experience) Company pension scheme, Company car/Allowance, Holiday entitlement – 20 days + statutory, Electronics, OUTRAGEOUS Commission/Bonus(Uncapped)

A Facilities management background with Water Treatment & Environmental Services working primarily within the Commercial, Building Services, Swimming Pool, Hotel & Industrial Sectors. A Service based operation providing Chemical Treatments & Water Hygiene works, with an emphasis on good services & speedy resolution.

Job Description
This role will primarily be a New Business Development, but will also involve running a number of existing accounts, working in conjunction with the service and admin teams.
*We are ideally looking for a tenacious, and ambitious sales person who enjoys gaining new business, is this you?
*Ideally, industry relevant but if you do not have experience within the Water Hygiene/Treatment sector/Facilities, you will be considered!
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate should be able to:
- Facilitate and manage contracted water treatment/hygiene accounts/HVAC
- Prepare and present regular meetings to the client on planned preventative maintenance figures, water quality, trends, non-conformances and any remedial action as well as up-selling and developing new business as required
- Recommend, quote for and co-ordinate any remedial work and contracted works with the client to ensure all work is carried out to the correct time frame, guidelines, specification and legislation
- Provide technical support to the engineers as well as carrying out specialist on site water testing on steam boilers, cooling systems and closed systems
- Communicate, liaise and plan with the relevant departments on issues relating to the service engineers/technicians, to organising subcontracting work and reporting monthly KPI’s, as well as any general administration
- Assist in training the service team and mentoring as necessary
- Follow procedures relating to HR & employment issues as they arise
The candidate should also be:
- Conversant with Legionella control in commercial and industrial buildings, compliance legislation and health and safety regulations.
- Have knowledge of IT systems and be conversant with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Have a good working knowledge of the water treatment and control systems of cooling systems, steam boilers and closed systems – including the chemical and microbiological aspects
- Be able to interpret chemical analysis of service reports
- Be able to audit site works
- Have experience of risk management and the methods employed to manage risks, hazards and controls.
- Have the ability to write technical reports
- Have the ability to work with others and have good communication skills
We are looking for a conscientious, reliable person capable of working on their own and as part of a team.
Progression through the company is possible, with in-depth experience of the role being an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided where required.
