This role covers a trilogy of success – managing team performance, orchestrating the responsibilities of talented individuals, and fine-tuning processes for most effective results. You will oversee the Office Sales Function from instruction through to sales completion.

The Role
- Leading by example in self-motivation and positive mood and creating a motivated and positive work-focused team environment
- Achieving team sales performance targets (MAT/Quarterly/FY) and holding your team to account on their self-motivation and positive mood.
- Setting and communicating team goals and objectives (long, medium and short term) to your team and your manager
- Holding regular sales / team meetings to motivate the team and review progress on goals and objectives.
- Meeting with clients online or face-to-face and leading client meetings for your team
The Person
- Previous experience in property sales management
- Excellent sales experience with proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

- Up to £30k basic salary + car allowance + bonus
