Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Slough, UK
Salary: £25,000 per annum + 5% commission
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join my clients expanding business in Slough. With a focus on both B2B and B2C sales, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a sales role, particularly in selling products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth for our product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both business and consumer clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of our products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our products.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues across departments to achieve sales objectives.
- Full-time availability and willingness to work on-site in Slough.
