SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Estate Agent
Location: Putney, SW15
Salary: OTE £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client is a successful independent estate and lettings agency that specialises in prime riverside homes and they are urgently seeking an experienced estate agent with exceptional Sales Negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate must have solid background and experience in residential property sales with excellent achievements in both selling property and spotting new business opportunities.
You will have previous property sales experience, be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to hit the ground running!
The company are offering an extremely competitive salary package, negotiable dependent on experience. Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator/ Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Residential sales experience essential
- Knowledge of riverside properties beneficial
- Ability to work well under pressure

- Ability to general new business
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-spoken and well-presented
- Knowledge of the local market area
- Target driven and dynamic
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent spoken and written English
