Essential Experience:
- 4 years new build sales experience
- A stable employment profile
- People management experience
Day to day duties:
- Dealing with enquiry's from potential buyers
- Legal checks for mortgages with customers
- Conducting weekly reports
- Managing the rota
- Managing the team on site
- Conducting viewings & chasing up the customer after an appointment
- Presentation of the sales & marketing suite
- Progression sales from reservation to exchange & then completion
- Handing customers over to the customer service team
