Sales Negotiator
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £32k + Commission + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
The Client:
Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in buying, selling, and letting properties.
The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will arrange and conduct property viewings and market appraisals in the local area.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate with vendors about their propertys marketing activity.
* Negotiate offers and secure sales at the best possible price for clients.
* Ensure adherence to current legislation and regulations.
* Maintain a courteous and professional approach with all clients.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role.
* Ideally have previous sales experience.
* Understanding of local property market.
* Strong self-awareness and initiative.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Access to own vehicle would be preferred.
