The Role:

The Sales Negotiator will play a pivotal role in the property sales process as an essential member of the dynamic team. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting property viewings, highlighting unique features of each listing.

• Negotiating and finalizing sales transactions to achieve favourable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
• Staying informed about market trends and property values to provide accurate advice to clients.
