The perfect candidate for this role will be someone who is passionate, full of energy, customer service driven and has a ‘can do’ attitude. This is a great opportunity for you to thrive in a very busy, focused, office environment.
Your new job:
Reception management.
Handling initial enquiries.
Arranging viewings and market appraisals.
Carrying out viewings and viewing feedback.
Offer Negotiation.
Sales Progression.
Property Reviews.
Business generation – seeking opportunities.
Achieving agreed office sales targets.
About you:
Exceptional customer service skills.
An engaging personality.
Great if you have estate agency experience.
Sales ability.
Organised and calm under pressure.
Attention to detail.
Self-motivated.
Full clean driving licence.
Happy and able to work one Saturday in four (Monday off when you work a Saturday).
Salary and benefits:
Starting salary of £22,500 to £23,500 per year,
