Role Overview: As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in managing property transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads and identifying potential buyers
- Conducting property viewings with prospective purchasers
- Representing vendors during negotiations
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Providing excellent customer service
Ideally you will have/be:
- Sales experience
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients
- Strong business acumen and awareness of local property market trends
- Full UK driving licence
