Trainee Field Auditor

Field Auditor | £30,000 - £35,000 + company car | Bradford (Hybrid Working)

The Opportunity

Forward thinking, multi-national recruitment group with a broad service portfolio have a requirement for a Trainee Field Auditor to join their team!

You will be responsible for nurturing longstanding client relationships, being the key point of contact for subsidiary businesses UK wide.

Working in a highly autonomous role, you will partner with, and support key external stakeholders to ensure group-wide compliance is upheld, whilst supporting both internal and external stakeholders with the implementation and continuous improvement of controls and processes.

Your remit will include:

• Carrying out internal operational audits within subsidiaries across the UK.
• Working with operational managers to improve controls and processes, ensuring subsidiaries are fully compliant.
• Supporting operational managers with implementation of controls and processes, ensuring business units are following best practice.
• Working alongside the compliance manager to ensure the company is up to date with legislation and best practice techniques.

You will need:

• Confidence in building relationships with operational managers and providing methodical approaches to implementing controls and processes.
• Excellent communications style at all levels
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise deadlines in a timely manner.
• To have strong attention to detail
• A high level of self-motivation - this is key as the role is highly autonomous.
• Confidence in reporting back to internal stakeholders and providing a 'continuous improvement’ loop.

You will enjoy genuine autonomy in your role, with exposure to Senior Management and excellent opportunity for progression.
