Sales Negotiator

Our client is a customer-focused estate agency and is currently looking to recruit a driven Sales Negotiator to join their team in Hainault, Essex.

They pride themselves on their training, career progression and development opportunities which you will be able to take full advantage of once you start with them. They prefer to promote internally, so there will be a huge amount of room to progress into more senior roles.

Personal specification:

• Previous experience in residential sales is essential
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a drive to succeed in a competitive industry
• Knowledge of the local and surrounding areas would be advantageous
• A full UK driver's license and own car.

The salary on offer will include a basic of up to £25,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience and performance. Free parking available on-site.

You will be working a 5 day week. Working hours are Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 6pm. You will get a day back in lieu when a Saturday is worked.
