This is an excellent opportunity to put your stamp on the estate agency world. This office is one of two within an independent agency based across the East London market and surrounding areas. They have an exceptional presence in the area and have forward thinking approach to estate agency. Gone are the days of full suits and blue tiled carpets, this office has a relaxed smart casual stance on dress code and almost have a coffee shop approach to their office making them approachable and stand out amongst competitors.
The role of a Sales Negotiator is to familiarise yourself with an already existing database, build relationships and generate new business. This could be via valuation leads, viewings and canvassing.
The company are renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels and professional presence within east London. Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name.
Working for an independent brand gives you the time to develop your skills, with help from peers within the business.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary from £18,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £30,000. Full drivers license and car needed with this position. Working pattern is 5 day working weeks working every Saturday with a day off in the week.
