Form of workOur client is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team based near Beccles.
For this position, they would also consider a trainee wanting to get into the industry.
Working Days:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work Monday-Friday and alternate Saturdays. Each Saturday you work, you will receive a day off in lieu.
The successful Sales Negotiator will receive:
- Basic salary of up to £21,000
- OTE £28,000

The successful Sales Negotiator will need:
- Experience within a sales / KPI driven environment - ideally an estate agency but not essential
- Team player
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Ambitious and highly driven
- UK clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
Key duties for the role of Sales Negotiator will involve the following:
- Successfully negotiate offers
- Drive the business forward by offering excellent customer service
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Greeting buyers & vendors
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
