SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Sales
Location: Reigate, RH2
Salary: OTE GBP35,000
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiatorwho is enthusiastic, energetic and interested in developing a career in the Sales Industry with a smart, vibrant and well-known brand with several local offices in Surrey.
The role will be based in the Reigate area and is an opportunity to help run the local Sales Department.
The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the Sales industry, understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.
You will be proactive, articulate and well-presented; well-spoken and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum including within the prime market.
Skills: The skills required for thisSales Negotiatorrole will include:
- Previous experience in a Sales role
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Focused to lead and motivate a team
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Reigate area is preferred
