This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual that wants to start their career in Estate Agency, my client is an Independent, forward thinking agency, based in Horsham, that prides themselves on the first-class service they deliver.

The role is exciting and varied, you will responsible for booking and attending viewings, calling new and existing clients to win business, upselling of all services ensuring every opportunity is utilised, canvassing for new business and most importantly delivering a first-class service to the clients. 

This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build a career in the property sector. Previous experience in residential sales, or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiatorrole will include:

• Previous sales experience
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• Highly organised
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High level of customer service
• Good telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Full UK driving license and own car required
