Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join our client's esteemed team. Whether you're a seasoned professional with a couple of years under your belt or a newcomer eager to break into the property sales industry, we welcome your enthusiasm and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers, showcasing properties in their best light.
- Liaise between buyers and sellers, negotiating offers and facilitating the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Keep abreast of market trends and property values to provide accurate advice and guidance to clients.
