Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Office Administrator to join our team.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as sales order entry on a bespoke computer system (full training provided)
-Filing, and document management
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Answer and direct sales phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize computer skills to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
Skills:
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational abilities to maintain a structured work environment
- Efficient typing skills for data entry tasks - Office 365
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical duties
- Ability to maintain phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
