As our Sales Office Administrator, you will work closely with our residential and commercial teams, as well as new and existing clients. You will be integral in supporting the team and senior management in our fast- paced environment, utilizing your excellent organizational and communication skills.

What you will be doing:

Typical Sales Office administration including:

- Cold calling and other leads generating activities;

- Appointment setting and arranging viewings;

- Client/ Buyer liaison;

- Sales progression administration;

- Maintaining CRM database and ensure applicants/clients agreement to future contact including marketing campaigns and other initiatives

What you will need:

· Excellent spoken and written English

· Advantageous to know the Hackney (London) area / market

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Familiarity with CRM software

· Excellent presentation, time management and organisation skills

Starting salary: £22k

This role is for an immediate start.
