The Role:
- As Sales Office Administrator you will be instrumental in managing both new and existing sales enquiries from initiation to completion, with key duties including;
- Handling orders via phone, email, and web platforms.
- Providing accurate quotations and pricing information to customers.
- Coordinating deliveries through third-party courier services and maintaining ongoing communication with customers to ensure timely arrivals.
- Investigating instances of missing, faulty, or damaged stock deliveries.
- Generating and raising invoices, and ensuring prompt closure of orders following payment.
- Offering general assistance to customers regarding product inquiries and basic technical issues.
- Scheduling technicians for escalated technical matters as necessary.
The Person:
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are imperative.
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving demands of the job and meet customer needs.
- Proficiency in office software and web-based platforms.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
The Package:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
- £25,000 - £28,000pa DOE
- Ample free onsite parking
