SalaryOur client is a manufacturer based on the outskirts of Burton on Trent; they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part time Sales Office Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Hours: Wednesday to Friday 9am - 5pm - onsite working (no remote working)
General duties:
- Inputting customer sales orders
- Reception duties - first point of contact for visitors, answering telecoms to give entry to the premises
- Maintaining database
- Despatching orders to customers
- Supporting Sales, Project Management & Finance teams
- Assisting with purchasing orders
- Filing paperwork
- Any other admin task as and when required.
All applicants must be able to commute as there are no bus routes.
The successful candidate will be well organised, a team player and have the ability to work under pressure. Full training will be given on the computer systems used.
