Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members when necessary.
- Monitor and chase outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Screen and assess candidates based on job specifications, conducting initial interviews to evaluate suitability.
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or HR industry.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
