You will work as part of a busy office admin team processing incoming orders accurately and efficiently. You will be well organised, and enjoy a busy and vibrant office environment. Excellent IT knowledge, good administration and customer service skills are essential in this role.
Main Duties
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
- Review order details for completeness and accuracy
- Enter order information into the system
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders
- Maintain organized records of orders and related documentation
Skills and Knowledge
- Higher education or equivalent
- Previous experience in order processing or a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
