Sales Order Processor | Whitehall Cross, Leeds | Full Time | Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:30 and Friday: 08:30 to 16:30 | Up to £24,000 | 2 positions available

Their wide range of swing and sliding gates, road traffic barriers, rising bollards, intercoms and physical security accessories are supplied to trade installers for domestic, commercial and industrial projects throughout the UK.

Are you the right person for the job?
* Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Experience of Sage preferable
* Exceptional telephone manner and communicator
* Enjoy building a rapport with customers
* Professional, friendly, diligent manner
* Experience in managing customer expectations
* Commercially astute
* Self-motivated and well organised with a strong attention to detail
* The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
* Excellent administrative and numeracy capabilities
What will your role look like?
* You will be working in a fast-paced environment
* Answering sales calls and emails
* Sales order processing (email and phone)
* Taking payments in a professional diligent manner
* Dealing with stock queries and managing customer expectations
* Liaising with customers and couriers regarding delivery queries.
* Have a good understanding of the product range to be able to advise customers accordingly
* Have the ability and product knowledge to be able to upsell and cross-sell to existing and new customers and promote products, special offers etc
* Providing competitive and detailed quotations
* Providing excellent customer service by directly handling issues and resolving customer queries
* The role may involve placing purchase orders
* The role may involve serving customers on the trade counter at busy times
* Any other business administration task as required
