Order Processor/Administration Clerk Leeds On-site 40 hours per week 7.30am to 4pm, inclusive of a 30 minute lunch break Salary is up to £12 per hour for the right candidate

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Order Processor / Administration Clerk. This role requires you to have strong order processing and administration skills.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Experience in the administration of Purchase Orders, Sales Order Processing, and Order Processing
• Previous experience with bespoke production software, especially in the window and door industry, is advantageous
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently (after training) and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
• English and Maths GCSE or equivalent are required as a minimum

You will play a pivotal role in managing purchase and sales orders, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining timely processing. Exceptional communication skills are crucial, as the role involves regular interaction with both internal and external customers.
