SAP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Due to a massive increase in business across the UK & European market, my favourite client based in Castleford is looking to recruit an additional team member to support in the order processing department.
Your main duties will include:
- Check and process UK and international customer orders efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
- Complete the follow through of orders to make sure they leave on time and in full.
- Complete transport booking and planning and any follow up actions
- Accurately update and monitor the various customer databases and keep back order lists up to date at all times
- Provide administration support to the UK and European sales teams
- Spend time on the shop floor to ensure that packing specs are followed correctly and also support the sales teams in making them up
- Pick and pack sample orders and organise courier collection and any follow up actions
- Supply the relevant information to Finance for credit notes and investigate any queries or discrepancies to minimise any future errors

I’m looking for an experienced administrator who has a background of order processing. You must have a good working knowledge of SAP.
