- Mileage Paid (25p per mile after first 10 miles)
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a national developer, who were recently awarded Housebuilder of the Year, HBF 5 Star Housebuilder, and the ROSPA Gold for excellent Health & Safety.
The Role –
- Manage reservations through to exchange assuring that exchange deadlines are met.
- Working with the sales team to ensure plot progression is carried out efficiently.
- Managing a portfolio of properties that have been bought in under the part exchange scheme.
- Progressing the part exchange properties to exchange & completion once resold.
- Visiting the part exchange properties.
Requirements
- Conveyancing knowledge is essential.
- Must have worked directly for a new homes developer for at least 1 year.
