Job Description:
- £30,000 - £40,000 plus vehicle, annual bonus and great opportunities.
- Working with one high-profile garden centre chain, the job holder will be responsible for all of their garden centre stores, visiting regularly to ensure that the customer experience is first class.
- Travel throughout the South of England with some nights away from home.
- Regular meetings with Store Managers to discuss sell-through and implement strategies for improvement.
- Staff training.
- Finding additional display sites in-store.
- Updating fixtures and improving the appearance of fixtures.
- Stock management.
- Resolving any issues.
- Regular feedback to the National Sales Manager.
- Accompany and contribute to head-office meetings with the customer.

Sales Representative Profile:
Living in the central South of the UK we are looking for an experienced Retailer, Merchandiser or Sales Representative from the garden centre trade who wishes to focus their talents on this important Account Management role.
The key qualities that we seek are:
- A stable CV that shows commitment to previous job roles.
- An understanding of what excellent customer service looks like to a garden centre buyer.
- Sufficient retail or field sales experience to know how to grow sell-through in a garden centre.
- A likeable personality that is able to influence retailers to change store layouts and product positioning.
- An excellent communicator who will work with colleagues to maximise success.
