R13 Recruitment are supporting a well-established online retailer brand in their search for a Sales & Service Advisorto join their successful and growing team. Reporting to the Sales and Services Manager, you will be responsible for handling incoming telephone and email traffic, providing all customers with the highest levels of service.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity working 5 days a week, 8.45am - 5pm. The offered salary for this position is up to £25,000 DOE + BONUS.

The day to day
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers via email and phone calls, providing excellent product knowledge and a high level of customer service.
- Processing orders, providing updates on order statuses and invoicing customers, ensuring company records are accurate and up to date.
- Attending events across the country (occasional National travel is required).
- Maintaining strong product knowledge.
You will have/be
- Previous customer service and sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.
