Sales Specialist - Retirement Living

Sales Specialist / Sales Executive / Property Sales / Retirement Living Sales – South West London

Up to £40,000 base salary plus excellent bonus per move in/sale

Role is based on site in South West London / Surrey border and will involve visiting potential buyers homes in and around the area.

Some flexibility is required for occasional weekend or evening work but core hours are Monday to Friday.

We are delighted to be working with a luxury brand meeting demand for high quality Retirement Living. Our client is seeking an empathetic sales person to join the business at this particularly exciting phase of growth.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in a rewarding and consultative sales process for a high value property offering. Our client provides extremely high quality Retirement Living properties, working alongside other team members you will become an integral part of a dedicated and caring team.

This is a busy and all-encompassing Sales position that allows you to build relationships with prospective senior clients and their families, have input into sales and marketing collateral, represent the company at events and engage in specific sales training ensuring you are successful in this role.

Skills and experience

To be considered for this sales opportunity role we are keen to hear from people with:

• Genuine interest in dealing with those in their seventies and eighties
• Ability to be deeply empathetic and capable of building strong levels of trust
• Experience of selling a high value product or service or building relationships over time
• Understand the right time to close a sale in a consultative way
• An interest in marketing, PR and creative ways to support awareness and sales
• The confidence to network with key people in the local and surrounding areas
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• A sales or marketing qualification (desirable but not essential)
