The role

• Answering incoming calls and queries
• Processing orders
• Outbound calls to new businesses
• Regular check ins with established businesses
• Preparing quotes
• Working with the warehouse teams to get updates on deliveries
• Supporting the external field sales team
• Handling complaints
• Selling through service, identifying buying signals
• Handling the process from quotation to delivery
• Booking appointments for external sales

The candidate

• Experience working in Sales Support role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Happy to work 9am-5pm, no adjustments can be made
• Ability to multitask, comfortable handling both sales and service calls
• Confident communicator both written and verbal
• Must have great work ethic
• Able to identify sales opportunities
• Ability to work from home, reliable internet and own office
