Description
Key responsibilities will consist of:
- Overseeing sales order processing
- Trans-logistics invoice management
- Product supply and order handling
- Process customer inquiries and requests efficiently
- Maintain accurate and organised records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate between other departments cross-discipline
- Manage Customer Release notes
- Generate invoices to customers.
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Assist in the development and maintenance of customer service documentation and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience
- Update customer and order information in databases to ensure accuracy
Profile
The successful candidate will consist of:
- Someone with experience within a similar/translatable position in customer service or sales
- Direct experience in manufacturing or chemical production industry
- Admin-based experience with data entry or input
- Have excellent administration, planning, organisational and time-keeping skills
- Ability to remain flexible and deliver any ad-hoc duties/specific projects as assigned.
- Chemical knowledge desirable
- SAP industry knowledge
- Similar knowledge with other technical systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment
