Our client is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join a well-established and rapidly expanding company based in Birchwood.
Job Description
- Take ownership of all our project engagements
- Act as the central point of contact for sales and customers
- Create solutions of the diverse range of service offerings
- Create Quotations
- Create Project Plans and Maintain Project Plans
- Gather and process project inputs and outputs such as reports and photographs
- Distribute project documentation as and when required
- Assist the sales teams with compilation of commercial and project related documentation
- Schedule engineers, logistics partners, equipment collection/ deliveries etc
- Communicate well with customers and colleagues, mostly via email, Microsoft Teams and by telephone
The Successful Candidate
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packaged
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Flexibility to do overtime as and when needed
- Coordinating proposal document production
- Support overall project process and related administrative tasks
- Successful applicant must be IT Literate
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

- Salary: up to GBP25,000
- Hours: Full Time, 9am 5:30pm Monday to Friday
- 23 days holiday + BH (reaching to 28 days with length of service)
