Our client is a small expanding company, and this role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales or training Support Administrator.
Your focus will be to deliver a wide range of high-quality support services to both existing and new clients - involving general telephone and administrative support. Once trained duties will include supporting the Sales Director with online product demonstrations to potential clients and support vlogs to existing clients once trained
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal,
- Great organisational skills
- Confident computer skills including Microsoft office
- A willingness to learn
- An interest and/or aptitude in IT
- Confident presentation skills to develop online content
