SalaryWe are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our clients team as a Temporary Sales Support Administrator.
Based in West Swindon
Hours: 9-5pm Monday to Friday
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: £12.50 - £13/hr
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with order processing
- Data entry
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records
- support the sales team with any relevant administration
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or Sales Support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
