SalaryThrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with a market leading organisation based in Melksham who are actively looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a part-time permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Dealing with enquiries via phone and email
- Processing sales orders
- Managing returns, credits and resolving invoice queries
- Liaison with a number of internal departments and external suppliers
- Updating the CRM system
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience in a similar role is essential, preferably from manufacturing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills over the phone and in person
- Good numeracy skills and the ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
- IT skills including word, excel and CRM systems
What you will receive in return :
- to £24,000pa (pro-rata)
- Monday to Friday 25 to 30 hours per week
- Supportive and fun working environment
- 100% office based
