Sales Administrator
Based in Oldbury
8.30am - 5.00pm - Monday to Friday
12.00ph - 12.50ph
Temporary to Permanent
My client based in Oldbury and with offices across Europe is currently looking to recruit an experienced & proactive Sales Administrator to join their lively and friendly team!
The Role
Reviewing and checking prices on customer orders
Supporting a sales team with various administration duties
Dealing with customer queries and questions
Liaising with the warehouse department regarding stock
Taking first line customer service incoming calls
The ideal Sales Administrator will have:
Experience in a similar role
Strong administration experience
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
Excellent team working skills
