Sales Support Administrator Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum dependant on experience
Your hours working as a Sales Support Administrator:
- Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week, either 8.30-5.00 or 9.00 - 5.30

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Support Administrator:
- High volume of order processing from large corporate and National Accounts - with tight deadlines at times to get the orders on and out of the door before the shipping deadlines
- Working through a backlog of orders and keeping customers up to date
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Dealing with customers over the phone progressing and chasing their orders
- Raising new parts, Coordinating project costing
- Liaising with sales team on any potential orders or stock shortfalls
- Working with procurement teams on stock lead times, alternative items and other related stock issues
- Working with customer services on returns and invoice queries
- Building strong relationships with customers
