SF Recruitment is working with a fantastic business in Sutton in Ashfield. They are requiring a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting their sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, assisting in day-to-day activities
- Process and manage sales orders with precision and accuracy
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations
- Assist in the coordination of sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Sales Support or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with CRM systems is a plus
