Due to continued success and department expansion plan, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Specialist to join a thriving multi-channel Sales Operations Team. You will be supporting Sales Managers, Field Sales Representatives, and both internal and external customers across the UK:

• Managing day to day price change for sales projects, creating, implement and drive projects across multiple channels, attending monthly meeting and presenting this information to the business
• Collating reports which highlights commercial figures such as revenue, profits and net sales percentage and market data
• Compiling and analysing data, assisting with the preparation of presentations for sales tenders for the business
• Providing support and planning for seamless external sales events, working closely with UK Sales Manager & Marketing Manager, collation reports post events and analysing results
• Setting up complex accounts for customers on internal CRM system for new business, ensuring customer specifications are correct, updating and maintaining system when needed
• Updating e-commerce portal with product and pricing information
• Providing excellent customer services to supply chain customers, duties will include raising investigations and follow up communications internally and externally for complaints

We would expect the successful Sales Support Specialist to be able to demonstrate a good work working knowledge of Microsoft office with particular strengths in Excel and PowerPoint, the ideal candidate would have working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI. Be an excellent communicator, along with strong analytical skills and have good commercial awareness. The ability to support multiply stakeholders, as well as providing outstanding customer service to key accounts is essential for this role. You will be supported to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Sales Operation, Sales Coordinator or Key Account Management role.
