Due to their ongoing success in the UK, we are on the hunt to recruit a Call Centre Team Manager to take the reigns of their high performing Sales Team in Manchester

About the Call Centre Team Manager role:
* Growing a teleSales Team from 0 FTE up to 10 FTE in a 9 month time frame
* Daily motivation of the team to achieve realistic targets through continuous coaching
* Working with all internal stakeholders throughout the business (UK and Internationally if required)
* Training new starters and established team members
* Interviewing and recruiting advisors to grow the team
What the successful Call Centre Team Manager looks like:
* A good level of previous experience working as a Sales Manager within a telephony environment B2B or B2C
* Previous telephony based leadership experience
* Demonstrable experience of delivering results against targets via your team
* Someone that wants to join a business that doesn't stand still - someone outgoing and confident that is able to provide a real input to help shape the business
