About the Role - Sales Trainer

• As the Sales Trainer in this exciting role, you will support the overall sales strategy of the business working closely with the Sales Director and other sales leaders.
• You will be a key part of ensuring the impact and performance of our sales teams through training and development initiatives.
• Design and implement learning material in line with the company strategy.
• You will embed a sales methodology into the culture of the business to ensure adoption across all sales staff and leaders.
• Assist with the launch of new products, initiatives and system improvements.
• You will also have access to a training database created for sales and help non sales staff keep up to date with their product knowledge.
• Perform ongoing coaching for colleague’s as follow up to the training sessions you deploy.
• Help identify colleague’s that may have a skill shortage and implement further 1-2-1 coaching where necessary.

About you - Sales Trainer

• Previous Sales Training or successful sales leadership is key for this role.
• Attitude, personality, ambition, and drive are naturally a fit for this position.
• You are motivated, outgoing and an enthusiastic communicator who can build relationships with the whole business and work well as part of a successful team.
• You will be and experienced and engaging presenter and demonstrate the ability to present large quantities of data in a varied and interesting fashion.
• You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and be someone who takes a real interest in colleague’s and their overall performance.
• Ability to measure and track performance and outcomes efficiently.
• You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and make reasonable assumptions from complex datasets.
