Our well established and reputable client is looking for a Digital Learning Manager to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping, implementing, managing, and developing the clients online learning services, and ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the online learning proposition for members in terms of both accessibility (platforms) and content.
- Maintaining a high-quality online learning experience that supports the professional development of their members.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for online learning initiatives, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and within established parameters.
- The Design Learning Manager will stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in online learning.
Skills and Requirements:
- The Digital Learning Manager will be educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience in learning and development content creation and dissemination
- Great presentation skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
