Job Description

• Identifying and targeting potential customers to drive sales.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Working collaboratively with the Customer Service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Providing expert product knowledge and advice to customers.
• Implementing and monitoring sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management.
• Identifying market trends and competitor activity.
• Contributing to the development of marketing and sales initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales/Customer Relationship Manager should have:

• Proven experience in a sales or customer relationship role within the Life Science industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
