About the role

The position my client is hiring for is a Salesforce Functional Consultant to work on delivering successful Salesforce projects. This person must be able to look at a Salesforce project and plan the delivery by leading requirements gathering sessions, fully documenting the requirements and creating detailed user stories and be the bridge between the client and the technical teams to ensure understanding on both sides.

Role requirements

The essential skills and experience required for this role include but are not limited to:

• Previous experience delivering Salesforce projects
• Ability to lead on gathering requirements and understanding client needs
• Documenting process fully for technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working with core Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Excellent business facing skills and clear communication
• Management of project timelines and delivery schedules, showcasing great planning and organisation
